24 Jul Cultural Week: Tuesday
This week we are featuring one of our volunteers and students each day to show what is happening in CooperarPerú.
María is a volunteer from Spain, she is 21 years old and will be in Cooperating Peru for 4 weeks. She likes that children come to CooperatePerú because they want and not forced. She likes that there is not only is academic education focused, but also on entertainment and nutrition. They also take care of the family environment. For the day of Spain she helped prepare an activity to represent the San Fermin fiestas.
For this Tuesday our student to present is namned Saira. She is 7 years old and has been coming to CoopererPerú for a year and two months. She likes CooperarPerú because there are many books to read and the nightly snack that the volunteers prepare. She especially loves when the volunteers prepare sweets for the snack. Saira comes to CooperarPerú 5 times a week.
